We are currently working on the issues you ask about to provide you with the best conditions and ensure that you do your best during the forum and enjoy your stay in Baku. Please, note that there is no need to apply for a visa. You will get your visa upon arrival at the airport. All needed for that is to provide your invitation letter, passport and make payment which varies. There is no fixed fee, it mostly depends on your country. Fee is not refundable. Within the next 2 days everyone will receive the official invitation letter and ticket reservation which you will have to check and confirm, so that we can proceed with booking. You also dont need to book your transfer. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided. Our volunteers will meet you in the airport.
