Dear believers, Do not surrender OUR kingdom work to the ministry - TopicsExpress

Dear believers, Do not surrender OUR kingdom work to the ministry of one man or solely to the projects and events of a church organization. The kingdom of God is NOT the organization nor the man. It is made up of you and I, disciples of Jesus who received instructions about the kingdom of God through the writings of the apostles who have seen, handled and walked with the Lord. The role of the five-fold ministry is to ground believers in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the apostles doctrine; line by line and word for word. Not to twist it and misuse it for selfish gain, teaching doctrines that redefined the teachings of Jesus Christ and undoing what Jesus came to establish; revealing the holiness, uprightness and integrity of God and His salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:11-16 11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the WORK of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head — Christ — 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which EVERY PART DOES ITS SHARE, causes GROWTH OF THE BODY for the edifying of itself in love. (NKJVS) But we have seen numerous ministries teaching believers to run after uncertain riches. Instilling in the people covetiousness instead of contentment. Promoting prosperity based living instead of a real-life relationship with the Father. Jesus understood the heart of men; how absolute power corrupts absolutely. Thus He commanded His disciples with these words: Matthew 23:1-12 1 Then Jesus spoke to the multitudes and to His disciples, 2 saying:“ The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses ’ seat. 3 Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do. 4 For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on mens shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. 5 But all their works they do to be seen by men. They make their phylacteries broad and enlarge the borders of their garments. 6 They love the best places at feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, 7 greetings in the marketplaces, and to be called by men, ‘ Rabbi, Rabbi. ’ 8 But you, do not be called “ Rabbi ’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren. 9 Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. 10 And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ. 11 But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted. (NKJVS) And role of the organization is to make sure that body has good governance, a place of gathering for the practice of worship, love and good works. Dear believers, Do not exalt organization above the kingdom of God although it is needful to be organized. Do not exalt so called man of god above the kingdom of God but all believers must read and understand Jesus instructions for themselves; for all must know the will of God. But exalt Jesus our King and live as citizens of His kingdom and for His kingdom. Amen! Matthew 25:31-40 31 “ When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘ Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. ’37 “ Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You? ’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘ Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. ’ (NKJVS)
