Dear beloved BOY community! We are constantly reminded that life is unpredictable! All week the weather forecasts had us optimistic for a beautiful sun- shiny day, however, as many of us witnessed, mother-nature gave us clouds and cold cleansing rain! The beauty was still shining though, in the faces of all of you who, wrapped up in warm coats, and blankets, even! managed to be present! We gave it a go, but by 27 rounds, those slippery wet mats, shivering hands and wet to the bone bodies had to succumb, it was time to throw in the towel....or more accurately, go home and find one to dry off with! Before we started, each of us were given the opportunity to write down our intentions, the majority of those are watercolor faded memories on little slips of pink or yellow papers, but some weathered the storm: * Strength * Let go * Be the light * Peace These are words that undoubtedly we can all find inspiration from. Which can remind us that we are all connected. We gathered today on our yoga mats, surrounded by ever flowing nature, friends, strangers, with the very best of intentions. "In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers and my dreams as beautiful."
