Dear corporate companies in India, Maxwell is that typical bright Indian Engineering student who get placed immediately into a big company/franchise (MI), then he sits on bench for 1-2 year without getting a project to showcase his talent or a project in which he dont get a chance to prove his skills. After that he goes to a different country(KXI), get H1B visa(batting), and rule the industry(Orange Cap). At the end gives an interview like - I would not say payback for sitting on the bench. I cant learn anything in that place.This is the place I wanted to be . Its not alone a big loss for Mumbai Indians. On a bigger note in the field of IT industry, We are also losing many Indians!
