Dear enlightened people of patiala constituency -------------------------------------------------------- Speak loud and protest against the talibani dictats against women by some obscurantist, medieval and backward Fundamentalist forces, supported by highly patriarchal, anti women and anti Dalit KHAP PANCHAYATS of Haryana. It is my sincere wish that all those, especially the youth,more so the young women,and their organisations,and every that person who has a democratic mind and a votary of women rights and is against gender discrimination---- and believes in building a modern India of 21st. Century,based on equality and social justice for women, minorities ,Dalits and other hitherto neglected and marginalised sections of this great country, to speak LOUD and oppose through all available means, against these Talibani dictats of Haryana Khaps. Let me remind you all that in last couple of years these Khaps , through their dictats have butchered ,paraded naked and killed in the name of honour killing dozens of young couples and extradited many to oblivion. Democratic minds, the young especially from universities and colleges must respond. I will like to call them DEMOCRATIC YOUNG MINDS GROUP -----------------------------------------------
