Dear family and friends, Lesly and I have recently been involved in a series of counseling sessions to help us in our quest to better our relationship and marriage. Weve been watching a series of instructional videos that has helped spark in depth conversations about our roles in our marriage, how to treat one another, guidance on how to effectively communicate our wants and needs, as well as how to effectively discuss topics of a sensitive nature while maintaining a healthy loving tone and disposition. Its been difficult and there have been times when weve laughed, and even more times when weve cried (mainly from the laughing). But weve learned a lot and though were still learning, we thought we would share some of these lessons with you all in the hopes that you too might benefit from some sage advice. Enjoy!
