Dear family and friends, Update on Lonnie. Surgery went real well. Dr. stated that he didnt have an infection, his tissues have separated from his muscles. He does have a wound vac in place to keep his wound clean. He will be having surgery Sunday to remove vac then hell have several surgeries replacing and removing tube (I think Im understanding this process). Hell be on wound vac for several weeks. After a rough night and surgery, he is now resting comfortably. His coloring is better and he is clean shaven. The top of his head has been scrubbed and he is looking real good. His heart rate has been in the 90s to 115. His blood pressure now is 128/80 and pulse ox is 99. He is not on the vent and hand booties are off. It appears the surgery maybe what he needed. Praise the Lord! I thank God for my family and friends. More updates later today. Love from Lonnie and Sheri
