Dear friends, Election Day is around the corner and I wanted to say thank you to all of my supporters. Janniffer and I (and Avalon Jane) are very grateful for your help and support. My opponent and her supporters have sent a barrage of last minute negative mail in an effort to divert people from the issues, which my opponent has been largely silent on. I stand by my record which they are trying to distort. I have been vocal in support of reform and have earned the endorsement of John Moorlach and many others because of it. When asked to take a position on a pension reform issue, my opponent was silent. I have refused all pay raises while serving in Sacramento and lead by example. We can’t ask front line employees to take cuts if we don’t do the same.
