Dear friends. I hope that you had a nice Tuesday. I am sorry to deliver the news about our rescues closing today, but please know it was not an easy decision. Mom struggled long and hard with it but sadly she had to. While I will not be a barn mascot I am still a friend to all equines everywhere. If Mom gives me the ok to keep my page open I sure will. There are a lot of ways to still help and share and have fun barn mascot or not. I will be here with Captain, Buttons and Mable and of course doggies and Barn Kittah. Milo is here too and we are still helping him find his forever home and I am sure that he will find it and be happy too. For now though hell remain with us and be just fine. Sometimes life opens new doors while the old doors close so please try not to worry. Things happen for a reason and while it may not be apparent to us readily at this moment, in time well see there is a time for every season so to speak. We can be proud of what we have done thus far and know that for some horses we did make a difference. There are many lives to save and we did save some and for that I am grateful. Your help and loyal support made so many things possible but the rewards of saving those lives were only possible with your help. We did not do it alone so please take comfort in that. Thank you so much!! Tonight as we do every nite please keep those prayers coming for those who crossed into new pastures and for those who need a little extra help. Be that strong light to guide them and show them the way out of their troubles. Stand Tall and Stand Strong everyone!
