Dear friends, I promised to update you on my success regarding any improvements to my health through use of the Le-Vel THRIVE products, so here goes. I lost another five pounds over the last couple of weeks; its going very slow, but steady, and I know Im gaining muscle mass as my clothes continue to get a little looser and Im gaining strength. I am continuing to make progress with getting around better, and have started to exercise a little every day due to increased energy. Two months ago, I could only get up or sit down with great difficulty and pain, and was unable to move around or stand up fully erect for more than a minute or two. I am now able to get up and sit down almost normally, and can stand up straight and walk around until I get tired and need to sit down. Something new developed lately too. After going four days without taking my Lasix & potassium (for edema... water retention around my lungs and in my legs), I was shocked to notice that my ankles (which normally would have been huge after not taking the medicine for just one day), were almost normal in size, and in fact one ankle was completely normal. I dont ever advocate that anyone stop taking a prescription medicine without the recommendation of their doctor!...and I shouldnt have stopped either. The fact was, I just forgot to take it due to lots of company and stuff going on, and I am taking it again now. I have been taking prescription medication for the water retention for about 20 years, and I have been doing absolutely nothing different lately, except for taking the Le-Vel products. Im not sure why or how it is affecting my ankles, but I definitely know its doing something! I have effortlessly lost a total of at least 20 pounds to date, over the last two months, and Im really happy about that. I am also taking care of some regular tasks around the house that I was unable to do two months ago. The people at the dentists office even commented that they noticed I was getting around better during my visit the other day!
