The author had predicted that the performance of Vikar Rasool make him the favourite choice of Banihal public in coming elections and you may imagine that a block president of the ruling national conference deserted his party just 3 months before the assembly elections, and another powerful member of PDP Mr Imtiyaz Ahmed khanday joining hands with Vikar Sahib making his success in coming elections almost confirmed. Mr Bashir Ruinyal broke his silence today on facebook after a long time confirming the upper hand of Vikar Rasool wani in Banihal politics with a heavy heart. And on the same day best legislator award comes as a God gift for Vikar Sahib and a bolt from blue for Mr Ruinyal and Mr Sajad Shaheen just as a blast in already sinking ship of the duo. If a chief minister who visits Banihal and campaigns against his cabinet colleague and says his work is not good, and within a fortnight he confers the best legislator award to the same person, means that he was lying in his earlier speech and his nominated candidate congratulating Vikar Sahib means that NC is confessing their wrong speeches and wrong words used against Vikar Sahib. On the other hand Mr Ruinyal is angry on his comparison with Hamidullah khan but I may say that Hamidullah Khan had done some works when in government service but Ruinyal did nothing and the advantage Hamidullah khan was having that during his election campaign he was camping at Banihal but Mr Ruinyal cannot stay at panla due to non availability of road and electricity in his native village where his house is locked since 1990 and his camping at Ramban with a migrant status had damaged him badly.
