Dear friends (and I think we are all friends here), Since the - TopicsExpress

Dear friends (and I think we are all friends here), Since the last couple of days, I am observing tease, rash arguments, abuses, trolls, and unmentionable, uncontrollable verses for airing my views against recent actions of AAP. When I praised them I was loved and adored, and suddenly I am evil, ignorant or stupid. The most choicest abuses have been leveled at me by my friends because I felt they did something that would harm my India and its prospects. Abuse doesnt bother me. What bothers me more is some of you have said you hate me or you ignore me or will unfollow me for my words, simply because you didnt like my giving them harsh feedback. Really? Is that what it is about now? Does this really mean that I should also play to the gallary. I should say things that the crowd wants to hear? Even if I feel differently? How will it make me different from the politicians who will do anything for votes? More importantly, is our friendship conditional? Do I have to be scared of you not reading me or leaving me because you didnt like what I felt and said? Your Idea and My Idea may be different but goal is same.. I am sure all my friends wants a brighter, merrier, and happier India..Who does it is inconsequential.. My Man or your Man is not what the fight it.. Its for India.. Its for our next generation... The trolls may continue, the lies, media floated manufactured facts may get forwarded, shared from both sides, but this does cross the lines at times... I am sorry my friend, but that will not happen. I am not made that way. I respect your views, and would like you to respect mine and stay with me. However, if you still want to curse, threaten and leave me, you have the right to. Of course, it will break my heart if you go. However, it is easier to deal with the broken heart than staying quiet and seeing others break my country. However, I will still put India first and say what I have to. If you can accept that, and all I would say is stay on, be a friend and let us all build this country together. Love, Asheesh (Lines picked up from chetan Bhagat, with my feelings added)
