Dear friends and colleagues During my long career in the fitness industry I have had the privilege of working with many inspiring and competent professionals. One such individual is the highly competent Matthew Griffiths from England. Starting from 1996 and for a period of around 10 years we worked together in the same international fitness organization where our goal was the development and the integration of education into various countries around the globe. Some of these countries were: Australia, South Africa, China, Japan, Iceland, Brazil, England, Sweden, Norway and almost all other countries in Europe. Matthew now lives in Gothenburg Sweden and he is one of the country’s top personal trainer and ““cutting-edge fitness education specialist”. He is consulted by high corporate institutions, top sports-club teams and the very best sport brands in the country. Before my venture of Fitness Scandinavia instructor school which is now probably the most successful instructor academy in Romania, I was the director of the Fitness & Personal-Training department of an international company based in Romania. In 2009 I consulted my good friend and long term colleague Matthew Griffiths and he absolutely revolutionized our training methodology. Functional training had already come to Romania but he was the one who set it on the path that it’s now on. After a period of over 4 years I am now happy to announce that Matthew Griffiths is now collaborating with Fitness Scandinavia.
