Dear friends and customers, We are still working with the insurance company, figuring out what is covered, what is not, what equipment is functional or not, and taking down what needs to be demolished. Once that is done, WinMar will start the disinfection work, which will take some time. So as you may have guessed, any work on reconstruction is quite a ways away. The answer to the question "When is the bakery reopening?" is up in the air at the moment; there is still a long road ahead of us.
