Dear friends and family. today I found out I have the perfect conditions for getting cancer in my uterus, my lining is at 17 times the normal depth and polyps were found, I am a smoker, I am very much over weight and I never had children, Needless to say I am scared to death, I was told that I must undergo a C & D scrapping of the lining of my uterus to help prevent the cancer from developing if not already present when they scrape. I am telling you this to find out if anyone knows first hand what the D & C procedure was like for them. This procedure is going to be done at Cooper Hospital, Camden, NJ, Thanks ahead for any input you could provide for me, And as always. my husband has been by my side through all of this, holding my hand.
