Dear friends of the Rogers Little Theater, Kevin Lancaster, RLT Theater Manager, has communicated his intention to leave the organization at the end of August to pursue other professional opportunities. Throughout his years of service, Kevin has been a valued asset to RLT and will be greatly missed by our patrons, partners and volunteers. We are very fortunate to have had him on our team, and we wish him every success in this new and exciting challenge. Joe March, RLT Board Treasurer, is leading a search committee to identify a talented and skilled candidate to fill this vital role. Joe will work with members of our Executive Committee, Board of Directors and other RLT volunteers, keeping the full board informed of key developments.
