Dear iBugyou customers, Due to serious customs clearance situation in Shenzhen there has been some delay for express delivery times on some orders in the past few days. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may be causing. The problem has now been resolved, express delivery times are back to normal but it may take a futher 4 to 5 days to get the parcel now after the order is shipped out. Please also be aware; some orders placed on 14th & 15th Oct are still under clearance currently from Shenzhen.
