Dear (lovely) Nadia Cakes staff, My work is within walking distance of your store, so I visit frequently...and absolutely HAD to cave and come in for Unicorn poop today xD I just wanted to let you know that even though you seemed completely SWAMPED, your entire staff was extremely friendly, full of smiles, & incredibly helpful! As I walked out, I thought to myself, I cant believe how happy they are, they must be exhausted! Then I realized, I have never had a poor experience at your store. Your staff is literally ALWAYS friendly, happy, & prepared to help any way they can. I thought Id give you a little shout-out to just let you know much I appreciate that! Youre a wonderful business, with a wonderful staff, & AMAZING cupcakes!! I work for a small business & we always feel special to get recognized for exemplary service, so I just wanted to favor you with some recognition. It is wonderful that you not only have a fabulous bakery, but a fabulous staff as well :) I will be back again soon! For now--heres my Unicorn poop :D
