Dear loving Father, whose glory fills all things.. This is the time when I come to You, not with a wish or plea, but with a song; a song of thanksgiving to You! Yes, You know how many times I have come to You with questions and fears, and I am truly thankful that You did calm my fears and answered my questions. But today, dear Father, I want to come to You, to be thankful for all my blessings, for blessings such as love, health, happy home life and friendships. Help me dear Father, to be profoundly thankful with what I have. May I always be thankful for these good things dear Father: for my life and my living, to be of service to You, through my work, for the wonderful joy of families and friends, and all those who help me understand the wonder of Your love. May I also be thankful for the low times- for then, I know I will sure see Your intervening hand to learn a needed lesson, to be more open to Your plans, not mine. Yes, do help me, to be doubly thankful of this privilege of praying to You dear Father. But above all, may I be thankful for Your greatest gift, Your Son, our Savior, Who, although He was great, humbled Himself, that we may live abundantly and be lifted up, in His Name. Amen...
