Dear members and of course animal lovers, We shared a video of a dog that was abused and beaten by two children. However, some reactions and comments we read crossed the line. APAF did NOT mention any nationality, race, or religion. We never singled out a certain society here or a specific community there. By sharing this video, we wanted to show what is going on in Lebanon concerning animal abuse. Unfortunately, there is a big huge number of abusers in our country, from different nationalities, from different ages, and from different religions. Please, lets respect this page, and lets react in a more ethical, polite way. You are angry, so are we. But, instead of focusing on the Animals protection, pride, and safety, some of you decided intentionally or unintentionally to point the finger on others. Please let us help, all together, united and in a peaceful way. Animals need us. In here, we have all kinds of nationalities that we respect, because they are simply Animal lovers. This case is already followed up. Tomorrow there is the Municipality visit, and we shall update you later after our Saturday event at Jiyeh beach. And we need you all to attend and be there. APAF needs so much help. It is their Day. Our pets deserve a day at the Beach!
