Dear members, for those travelling into arusha, find attached directions to our stop for the 12th where we will also hold a briefing on this evening. If you are flying in, you will need to fly into Kilimanjaro Airport and take a cab from there to this venue. Should you be flying into Nbi, please ensure you notify me or AlKarim so we can book shuttle tickets accordingly. The tickets are app. $20 and shuttle leaves at 10 am and 2 pm only. We will leave on the 10 am shuttle service to ensure we arrive in time for freshening up and the briefing followed by dinner (dinner is inclusive in the fee, beverages not included). Please ensure you finalise registration via email by the 26th May to facilitate us in securing your accomodation at this venue (camping) at no extra charge.
