Dear people, I need some advise from you all. I have sold my house in Green Street Homes recently. The buyer is a PR and Green IC holder. She married to a well known doctor in Seremban. She is a cash buyer as well. She is a genuine buyer with has no black marks at all. The property worth RM1mil and above. Now, we have no problem between us. The problem starts from the lawyer firm we aliased . We signed our SAP agreement on 26th September 2014. We are waiting for our consent to be released. And three of us the agent, buyer and me are always follow up with our lawyer regularly. All the while, the feedback from the lawyer to us, its on process, we have sent your document , we will follow up with you or be patient . When, I ask them when did u send my documents ? They answered me 30th September 2015 to the Land office Seremban 2. It was almost 2 months. And I ask them the acknowledgement letter they answered we will forward to you. But, still unavailable. So, I cant wait anymore, coz so when I called the lawyer they told me The official has gone training and Haj and irrelevant reasons. I called the Land Office Seremban 2 directly, the officer told me they received this file on 25th November 2014. I was terrified and shocked, all the while this idiots was lieing to me. They overlook my file. I need the money for me to purchase my new house. What shall I do now? Whom shall I seek? Please advise me. Thank u
