Dear (people), Yesterday, I turned 20. I have been alive for 20 years. Thats 2 decades. A fifth of a century. Last year was remarkable. I laughed, I cried, I loved, I...didnt love, I wrote and read, I heard and said, and Spirit grew me up some. Amazing humans entered and exited my life. Classes were passed and classics amassed. Things changed and things stayed the same (in the ways they changed). But you know what didnt change? The fact that I am a citizen of the Kingdom of God. The fact that I am a son of the Most High. The fact that Jesus righteousness is mine. The fact that my Father loves me explosively and WANTS to do good for me. And none of that will ever be altered. Im permanently alive. Abundantly so. And yesterday, a ton of you took time out of your lives to celebrate the fact that I am still alive (in a physical sense, dooooe). Thank you all!!! I was and am still touched by the outpouring of affection I received yesterday. Heres to another year, friends. Heads will roll. Wait, wait, I have a better one: Brace yourselves.
