Dear random creepy neighbor: Im sorry that you are apparently so down on your luck that you feel the need, nay the right, to invade the sanctity of my property in the darkness to steal our cigarettes and lighter from our front porch table. While we admire your chutzpah, since there is a streetlight right here, it is still VERY un-neighborly ...especially since youve done this twice now.
