Dear sir/madam, TO THE WORLD I am Richmond Amoah a native of yikene I the U/E/R Bolga Ghana I was a passenger on board metro mass transit transport bus from kumasi heading to yapea near tamale the bus got involved in an accident with an articulator man diesel truck to which I fell unconscious . I was rushed to the tamale teaching hospital and admitted, when I regain my conscious, I realized that I had sustained several severe injuries. Upon arrival I was semiconscious but regain full consciousness after few moments after reconciliation. I however sustained several laceration on my face and a very deep laceration on my right elbow to an extend that the bone off my elbow joined were exposed, I also had a deformity of the right upper anterior part of the chest where on x-ray conducted revealed a displaced fracture of the right clavicle and dislocation of the shoulder joint. I also found raises on the distal one third of the left leg with creditors on manipulation where on x-ray of my leg also revealed a fracture of the fibula. I was sent to theater the following day after proper resuscitation for through cleaning of all the wounds I sustained fracture of fibula was stabilized and but in a backslap thade up of pop and put on sling, I was also given a figure of (8) for the shoulder dislocation after ruction, I was also given antibiotics, analgesic tetanus For over four months. I still requires a surgery to be performed on the right fibula since it has rejoined properly, hence limiting my use of the right hand and left leg for certain activities. I also suffer from chronic traumatic waist pain that has made me dependent on weekly physiotherapy. The sad story is the woman I love took my douther and left me with pained and sorrows all because I am having right clavicle and fibula on the left leg brooking she cannot stay with me. I plead with the world to help me because I still have a surgery for them to perform on me. Please help. I also opened an NGO which I request various NGO all over the world to help build what I have statured; i have being giving certificate from the registries of companies, in Ghana to operate. I’m also in process with the social will fear and Assembly to get all the documents needed. The aims and objectives are (1) To meet the need of the marginalize in the society (widows and orphans).
