#DearPastor: Not everyone that leaves your church is an agent of the devil or was a monitoring spirit, serious people never waste time in churches that have no vision and mandates. There are so many reasons why people leave church and the sooner you investigate it than castigate them the easier the maintenance of the congregation. Many people have gone through trials and serious abuses in the house of the Lord and have since developed the Stay Away from Pastors Syndrome courtesy of what happened in former Ministries, and if they sense familiar traits they run away. Congregates are often rebuked in sermons but no pastor is ever rebuked since he has no mentor in his life that he submits to, no one is above the order of heaven. If the congregation can be tuned right then a pastor has to follow suit and not be immune to order. Pastors can sin and abuse people in the name of I am a General Overseer and his comrades in arms gets to defend him in the name of Do not Touch the Anointed, God has never anointed anyone to sin in His Name. So we ought question your source of anointing pastor! #WeNeedGod
