Dearest members, First thing first, my heartiest - TopicsExpress

Dearest members, First thing first, my heartiest congratulations to the new committee for being chosen and given the mandate to be in charge of the MSSM. As we all know, the sky is the limit. We are all looking forward to see new and fresh ideas from you lot. I know my time to post stuff like this on this page has passed. However I still would like to bid a very warm farewell to my fellow committee members who have worked so hard alongside me for the past one-year. I’ve learnt a lot from you guys ever since the first day we met. Jian, and Myra; the best VP and the most efficient Secretary I can ever ask for. Thank you very much for always be there for me. Manchester MNight wouldn’t be possible without both of you. Although we did not win the best MNight of the year, but in our hearts, we all know that ‘ABC’ was by far the most amazing MNight ever. Andrew and Da Yu, both of you are very fun to work with. All I need to say is “Eh, Shell has the potential to become our sponsors leh.” And the next thing I know, Shell is our premier sponsor and we are getting GBP3000 from them. Both of you have done so many things, and are always ready to go the extra mile for the society, I can’t even start putting my feelings of gratitude to you in words. Nick, Renee, Johan, Christy, Aneta and Arvind; the magnificent events co. and the sports officers who will never disappoint me whenever I asked for events. As a proof, the ice-skating and the Blackpool trip projects were extraordinary; everyone had fun and those who missed them, I can guarantee that they still feel the regrets till this day :D Aneta, do know that I am always amazed by your determination in booking sports venues, knowing fully well how hard it is to get a place in Sugden. Haseef, Raden and Sue, I can never do without the 3 of you. Haseef, you have taken up your role as the Welfare Officer so well that I do not have to worry any Malaysian Mancunians may be facing trouble and had no one to talk to. You were always asking for suggestions if there was anything more you can do for this big family of us. You even publicly announced your phone number in the fb page, to be contacted at any time, for any reasons. Raden and Sue, you have done so well in promoting our events and efforts that all MSSM events will always have huge turnouts. Raden’s skills in photography, videography and creating posters have set MSSM standard to a whole new level! My heartfelt appreciation and praises for all of you, for your effort and dedication. Thank you too for putting up with my weird behaviours and perhaps sometimes demanding character. God brought us together for the past one-year to teach us all about life and I am truly pleased with this experience He gave me. I wish you all the best in life, and do keep in touch. May our paths cross again in the future. Sincerely, Wasil
