Death Investigation On Friday, July 12, 2013 at about 4:40 p.m., Saint Peter Police officers were called to 320 West Union Street, Saint Peter for an unknown medical emergency, an “unresponsive female”. When police arrived they discovered the body of a deceased female. Preliminary investigation at the scene indicates no trauma, at this time foul play is not believed to have played a role. Subsequently an autopsy has been performed by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner. At this time the cause and manner of death have not been determined pending laboratory analysis. The medical examiner identified the female victim as Karissa Ann Feldmann, age 26, of Saint Peter.
