Death Toll Tops 135 in Gaza. Terrorism does not spring out of thin air. It is cultivated by the oppressor who then uses the oppresseds response as a rationale for even more oppression. There will always be extremists to point to as justification for blockades, occupation, dehumanization. Do you really think there arent any Jews in Israel who support wiping out the Palestinians? Does the Likud party support the Palestinians right to exist as a separate state? Get rid of Hamas, stop all of the rockets being launched at Israel, and nothing will change. There will be yet another reason Israel cannot recognize the 1967 borders.
