Debbie: (posted 12:50am 7/5) People just dont get that you cannot leave a dog in a car when it is as hot as it has been here even for 5-10 mins. Went to Home Depot today and SEAACA truck was stopped in the parking lot behind a car and the officer looked like she was giving the driver a ticket. There was a little dog laying in the back window panting. I went to Albertsons afterwards and there was a dog that had been left in a car. There were 2 women that had notified the store about the dog. Store paged the owner of the car and the owner said she had only been in the store for 10 mins. and her dog was fine. The 2 women were very upset and they exchanged words with the owner that almost escalated to more than words! PEOPLE DONT LEAVE YOUR DOG IN A CAR ON A HOT DAY!
