Debby Gower has nominated me to post 3 photos of my work for five consecutive days-and nominating another potter to do so on each day! #3potsadayfor5 I nominate Joel Cherrico for this challenge as I love his work and his copper reds! So here goes Day 1! I have worked in clay for many years but only in the last 4 have I been able to give myself fully to clay. My passion is glazing- colours!!! Copper red and the hard-to-get Oriental glazes of old. Ive also had to learn how to fire and reduce a gas kiln to get the colours that I want.
