Dec. 2010..I run over to the local quickie mart to grab some loosies and I run into my bro Black Collar Biz, who I havent seen since that past summer. We spark up a convo that went on for hours...about how we grinding and going to make our dreams reality. I had recently just arrived back in town after checking out Art Basel in Miami. I told Collar how inspired I was after visiting Miami and wanted to keep that drive going. He said we should do a show together..a few months later, our first collaborative show with S.A.G.E Collective entitled SOUL of the MESSAGE was born. A year later the formation of SAGE Coalition manifested and we, along with Wills Kins, Graham Apgar, and Earlie Harrell established Gallery 219. With the support of the Trenton Downtown Asso. we produced ambitious art shows and street beautification projects over the next two years. On July 11th, S.A.G.E. will enter its final installment at galley 219, entitled THE NOTHING. It has been one hell of a roller coaster ride...and Im proud to have been able to work the many artist that has come threw our doors. So join us July 11th as we celebrate everything that is art and preparing for a long hot summer and a fall tour...and it dont stop.
