Critical time periods are: - ORANGE color, STRONG Earthquakes. 1. 00:00 - 01:00 (5.0 - 6.0 rich.) 2. 10:30 - 11:30 (5.5 - 6.5 rich.) 3. 15:30 - 16:30 (4.0 - 5.0 rich.) - YELLOW color (3.0 - 3.9 rich.), MINOR earthquakes. - GREEN color (4.0 - 4.9 rich.), LIGHT earthquakes. - BLUE color (5.0 - 5.9 rich.), MODERATE earthquakes. - ORANGE color (6.0 - 6.9 rich.), STRONG earthquakes. * For evaluation we will take these standards : A. EXCELLENT if earthquake happens in the same predicted time and Magnitude -+1.0 rich. B. VERY GOOD if earthquakes time is in -+1 hours,or its Mag. is in range -+2.5 Rich. C.
