December 1st Ill be beginning my 100 Days of H-E-Double Hockey Sticks.. Thats 100 days devoted to health, diet, nutrition, and exercise. I welcome your encouragement. There will be one day of exception: Christmas! Here are some of my rules. 1. 60-80 cardio exercise/daily. 2. 100 ounces water/day 3. No sweets 4. No processed food. 5. Weight training 6 days/week 6. High intake of veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds. 7. 10-day juice to start. 5-day juice every 30 days. 8. Track all food, exercise. 9. Limit animal fat to 2/week or less.
