(calm breathing pattern, improves self-esteem like yoga, etc.) 4 Writing Christmas cards. It can promote gratitude. Instead of treating Christmas cards as a chore, consider each one as an opportunity to write a personal note expressing how much the recipient means to you. A moment of your time could mean brighten their day, week, months, or even years to come! 5 Wrap someone with a hug. One size fits all! 6 Open door. When you go shopping this weekend at the malls and department stores, be courteous and open the door and let the other go before you. Kids lined up to see Santa Claus who give gifts to them, but Jesus gave His life to us. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus. So, wheres the line to see Jesus?
