December is here and all that accompanies this busiest of months is upon us. It’s full of family gatherings, friends, parties, good cheer and good food. As I think about all the celebrations that are crammed into this month, I realize that there is something for everyone…Chanukah, Kwanza, Christmas, New Years. So, take your pick and make it magical. All these holidays embrace variations on a theme…the significance of individual beliefs and celebration. So, I’ve come up with a dessert that is “non-denominational” and can be enjoyed for whatever holiday meal you choose to commemorate. It’s simple to make, beautiful to look at and will crown any gathering with a festive finish…TOASTED PECAN EGGNOG RING.
