Decided. Getting out of Darwin to chase. Katherine region has been ballistic and the obs show great conditions for the next days with the trough in the area. The convergence region is hovering beneath Katherine, which has been indicative of the last five days and given the lightning stats on my sensor its a hot spot. Theres so much afternoon and evening activity that it would be a crying shame not to go considering the woeful lack of activity around the Top End. Ill be chasing with a Darwin Bureau of Meteorology Meteorologist - if the info he supplied is wrong hell know about it! But seriously...all the indicators point there.
