Dedicated to my twin brother, Wendell. Even though our birthday isnt until tomorrow and we dont see each other much anymore I just wanted to take this time to wish my five minute older twin brother a special Happy Birthday for tomorrow and say some nice things about him. As we were growing up we were always there for one another and always competed against one another and he could run faster, I would win more bicycle races but we were equal in basketball and football! However, I would stay outside longer shooting basketball and riding my bicycle everywhere! Mom would come outside around 1:30 a.m.on Sunday mornings and holler at me and tell me to put the basketball down, take a bath and get in bed so I can get up, eat breakfast and go to church and I better not fall asleep in church either for being up all night! I used to get mad at Wendell for his over protecting me when we were younger knowing he was only five minutes older and treating me as if I was five years younger than him! He just didnt like anyone picking on me since I was much shorter! However with that being said I am glad he was there for me even though I never admitted that to him! Many years later he came up to me with a tear in his eye and asked me to be his best man at his wedding since his first choice our dad was in Heaven! Trying not to cry I told him it would be my honor to do so and years later he would be my best man too! Unfortunately I had and still have kidney stones and many operations and mom and Tina would always tell me Wendell called along with my sister Tammy to check on me and see if I needed anything and keeping me in their prayers! Wendell is not only a great twin brother but also a great friend too! Love you brother and hope you have a GREAT day!
