(Deep Rooted And Grounded: It’s Time 4 New Leadership In Urban America) Join The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement We as black people are divided by social class and religion affiliation. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement focus is on ending urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. In order for me to do my job I need my team in place so that I can move my virtual organization from behind a computer into the communities I speak of in my book starting in Chicago. What frustrates me the most as a black man is when other African Americans tell me that they are not interested in my cause which is Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos. Brothers and sisters whom I’ve encountered only want to talk about American Slavery and “the white man” not investing in urban communities but I am unable to find ten people in my city to work with me in getting my organization up and running. Twenty two years of my life I been trying to talk with reasonable brothers, sisters, and others online and offline but still I cannot find no more than five people willing to work with me and that’s people who live out of state this is unacceptable Black America! African Americans are hypocrites because when a white person murders a black person the black community stand together and speak out against the perpetuator. Agitaters loot and vandalize stores in the black community which hurts the few basic services within the community which only get more blacks killed by police. While on the other hand, when urban terrorist murder another African American our black leaders turn a blind eye. Once my organization is established we will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions and create laws aimed specifically at those who continue to destroy black life through our political component. The objective of GRCAM is to restore order and stability in the low income African American Community “The black ghetto.” For twenty two years my message has been overlooked by established black organizations in my city and also by the black churches in my current and former community because they viewed me as a scrub or treat me like I am a bum off the street because I have a plan which will end urban violence in America but since I lack the manpower and the capital they take me for joke. I am not affiliated with the system or with those in power. Yet none of our black leaders has a plan to end urban violence. Since 2001 over 4,000 people have been killed in Chicago alone due to urban violence. I tried to explain this to street people back in the day but I was unsuccessful at reaching them. I tried to explain this again to people on my friends list online and in my social groups but for some strange reason I was unable to connect with my people. They just could not believe what I saying they thought that it is just a fantasy. This is what lead me to write and publish my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition which I explain in detail about my plan/vision to improve Urban America one community, one city, one state at a time starting in Chicago. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. We will also start a chapter in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, and do our research to see if people want and need our services. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. I will also expand my organization to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need their services. I am not online for a popularity contest people lives are at stake and our children are paying the price due to failure of black leadership. I will only work with those who will or have accepted all of the principles in my book. If I am unable to generate the proceeds from my book sell to start my private school and provide the resources which are lacking in our community that is not my fault and it’s not God’s fault people have free will. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. Anyone that disagree with my plan to improve Urban America or careless about my cause which is Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos will not be allowed to join my organization for my organization is private and I don’t associate with ignorant people. GRCAM stand against black capitalist, the financial elites, and urban terrorist. No criminals, No gangs, and No half steppers allowed.
