Def not happy with the service from Specsavers at Hvale this morning. My son and I had an appt with a particular optometrist and was told when we arrived that he was not in as he was sick. Im not denying him a sick day at all but the fact that all I asked for was a courtesy phone call to advise me was too much to ask for. The manager Dawn just talked over me and would not allow me to speak. We have been going there for for a few years, but not anymore after the terrible service. Disappointed very disappointed!!!
