Definitely my favourite thing to do with sausages: jamieoliver/recipes/pork-recipes/sweet-cherry-tomato-and-sausage-bake Basically youre roasting cherry tomatoes with garlic, balsamic vinegar, a bit of oil and lots of herbs - something that Ive started doing a lot when creating a tomato sauce for whatever purpose. The taste is just unbeatable. I also tend to crank up the garlic. Then with the leftovers, chop up the the sausages, reheat it and add some tomato puree. Stir it into spaghetti to make a dish that can beat the original meal.
