About yourself You may not be as fine as Beyoncé or as beautiful as Angelina Jolie or as wise as Maya Angelou. But you are the ideal YOU... and you can be the greatest combination of those things to yourself or someone else. Leave yourself open to interpretation. Let life... Let GOD surprise you. So you can learn. And teach. So your mind can be broken open and your heart can overflow with awe. Question your assumptions... About people Use everyone who come into your life as a vessel of happiness. Learn from them. Appreciate them. Thank GOD for them. There are no perfect relationships of any kind, but if you are not growing and giving in any relationship, then its a wasted opportunity. Listen with love... To your spouse What is an ideal spouse? It’s whoever you say you are. It is your spouses closest friend and confidant. It is who you need to be for them, God and yourself. You can make your marriage sacred. And soulful. And funny. And kind. Its all about the opportunities presented to you everyday. Listen with love... To your family and friends If something offends you, try to interpret it in a different way. Open your heart to forgive quickly, smile often, and let go when necessary. Know that the biggest gifts you can give of yourself is love, time, and gratitude. Listen with love... To yourself Savor the freedom of knowing that if you didn’t like the person you were yesterday, you can start again today. And tomorrow. And the next day. You can choose every day to look for love and happiness. And find it. Happiness is a choice we make every day. Choose to make it your own.
