Defy the Constitution because an Amendment to the Constitution would be unconstitutional, and were sworn to defend our Constitution against foreign threats even though the 2nd Amendment clearly deals with a tyrannical government and had nothing to do with foreign threats. More guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens would mean less crime. BUT NO BACKGROUND CHECKS. I suppose you could just ask someone are you a law-abiding citizen when you sell them a gun. But no, because that would violate their Constitutional right to privacy. So, whats the definition of law abiding ? People who never exceed the speed limit, pay all their taxes and not try to evade them by funneling money overseas, never tell a lie, wholeheartedly support the duly elected government... We support our Military and the 1000 Green Berets who signed that petition sorry our cause, however, out Funding Fathers warned us that a standing Military is a tool of oppression. Maybe thats why we keep shipping our tool of oppression overseas. Theres probably more lunacy in the next 11 minutes of the video, but I couldnt stand watching.
