Deir Ezzor Province: Violent clashes took place yesterday night between the regime forces against the Islamic and rebel battalions in the neighborhoods of Al Hweqa and Al Rashedeyyi. Other violent clashes took place in the neighborhood of Al Sena’a between the same parties. Areas in the neighborhood of Al Sena’a were bombarded this morning by the regime forces. SOHR has been informed that ISIS fighters are still centering on the checkpoint of Al Halabeyyi Roundabout, while the negotiations have continued between ISIS and Al Nusra Front, by neutral mediators, to re-open Jeser Al Seyasi passageway which is controlled by ISIS. It is expected to reach to an agreement that calls for withdrawal of ISIS from Al Halabeyyi Roundabout and a neutral faction stations instead of it, in return Al Nusra fighters who are stationing on Al Jeser checkpoint retreat to the inside of Deir Ezzor city. Information reported to SOHR that a rebel battalion loyal to ISIS has kidnapped a commander in Al Haq Group and a defector captain from the regime forces belongs to the same group in the city of Mo Hasan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, then dragged them to unknown destination, where the city has witnessed tensions between Al Haq Group and the battalion that kidnapped the commanders. A combatant from a rebel battalion was killed while 4 other were arrested in an ambush by ISIS fighters in Badeyet Al Qureyyi
