Deira Polaroids is a new photography series by locally based photographer Hind Mezaina. Its an ongoing series of images taken during her frequent walks and visits to Deira, her favourite part of Dubai. It’s an ode to Deira, to visually showcase the thriving part of “old” Dubai. The first part of this series was exhibited at this years SIKKA Art Fair in House 16. Hind will be sharing a selection of the Deira Polaroids for GPP Slidefest XIII.
