Modular units by the Ritz Craft Corporation are fully assembled in the factory and are shipped complete for erection by a trained and an experienced team of setters and assemblers. The units will meet Energy Star guidelines for thermal bypass as well as electrical and plumbing fixtures for energy efficiency. The exterior will be a contemporary brick,cast stone and vinyl siding.
