Delay of Services ... Come on tomorrow: I am longing the day, when we Ethiopians come out from the huge bureaucracy and delay of services to: => Focusing on Quality of Services (QoS). => Focusing on Customer satisfaction. => Technocracy: Using technological services. Now a days any where except rear, no customer satisfaction. More delay. ከኛ ኣልፎ ወዴት ይሄዳል የሚባል መጥፎ ኣስተሳሰብ ኣለ:: This is the problem of individual companies and the workers. መማር ቦታ ለመያዝ ሳይሆን ቦታው ለማስተካከል ነው:: The usual reply of most careers is Come on tomorrow ... which is postponing. But please mind, tomorrow is always tomorrow, we can not reach it. We are always on today. We can live, work, ... on today, unless we program it and God permits. So let it be Today instead of tomorrow. Today, it is 21-century. It is all about competition. competition is based on Quality of Services. So as Ethiopian gets advanced there will be many similar companies, which can solve society problems. The people can choose products with highest quality and less costy. This is what I am longing.
