Delighted to offer 2 days of training?seminar sessions for HPRs on cold and live game for inexperienced and or young dogs starting out as well as retrieval work with the same for more experienced dogs. Exposure to shot will also be offered. Venue is Cheshire near Nantwich/Chester. First weekend in November 1-2 2014. £50 per dog per day. No need to attend both days as content will be based on experience of dogs on the given day. Hot lunch will be provided as well as coffee and tea etc. Friendly, laid back atmosphere. Most places have gone via word of mouth but Carol has agreed to stay here in UK an extra day (a pit stop from her stag hunting in France so we are able to offer more places. Carol is an AKC (American Kennel Club) approved Hunt Test Judge and an avid upland bird and waterfowl hunter in the USA. Her dogs are used heavily during hunting season at her shooting preserve as guide dogs. Carol’s dogs are highly competitive in the field with the titles and accomplishments to demonstrate that. Her first Korthals Griffon was the most titled KG in the breed at the time with 17 different titles before and after his name in conformation, agility, tracking, and of course hunting. He was inducted into the AWPGA Hall of Fame for his accomplishments. During the off season he could be found in therapy work. Carol’s second Korthals Griffon is the first Korthals Griffon dog to achieve the Master Hunter Advanced award. She has personally trained all her dogs. She is as they say a natural.
