Dell surges ahead in Sri Lanka Dell topped the list as the No.1 PC vendor in Sri Lanka for the three-month period ending March 2013 as reported by International Data Corporation (IDC). IDC also said Dell recorded significant sequential quarter- on- quarter growth, surpassing four other vendors to start the year with 29.2 percent share of the overall PC market in the country. Meanwhile, according to the same report, Dell also topped the list as the leading notebook vendor with a 32.7 percent market share, recording a significant sequential growth.
