Delta police resues 81 year-old traditional ruler, smashes gang A combined team of police anti-kidnap squad, Delta State, has rescued an 81 year-old Ogwashi Ukwu traditional ruler, Rangers Okafor from kidnappers, while three of the kidnappers were killed on the process. The three gang members were killed somewhere in Ogbu-ofu quarters in the community where they were holding the traditional ruler hostage in an uncompleted building after abducting him from his house.
